Not only do we install 'Dry' stoves which provide heat to the room only, we also install 'Wet' stoves that can link up to your heating system. It is a fact that most heating systems fail due to poor maintenance of heating system water. We offer a 24hour, 365 day a year call out service covering the whole of the UK. 90% of emergencies can be dealt with over the phone until we can get to site, for instance if a client has water pouring through a ceiling and it is the middle of the night we would ask the client if they knew where their incoming stop tap is and if they did, can they turn it off. This will allow the client to deal with the problem until the following day when we can attend at a lower cost to the client.
